*Each ride option is limited to 20 passes per day
**The Q-Pass is for single use only. Each Q-Pass will allow 1 person, 1 ride.

Step 1 - Choose date, attraction type, quantity and proceed to the checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher.

Step 3 - Before entering Everland, show the Email Voucher on your mobile at the Group Ticket Office to redeem your paper Q-pass.

Step 4 - Go to the Q-pass line for your chosen attraction. You may have to wait for other Q-Pass holders, but it’s unlikely there will be a long queue as the number of Q-passes is limited per attraction.

✓ NO REFUND after booking has been confirmed.
*In case the attraction is NOT operating due to unpredictable circumstances (bad weather or maintenance), you may choose a 1) different type of ride or request a 2) full refund at the Everland ticket office(You MUST return the Q-pass for refund). It is necessary for you to make a request at Everland Ticket Office on the day either for change or refund. We can not guarantee refund if you haven't made a request at Everland ticket office on that day as refund/change is within the discretion of Everland.
