Fri: Bibimbap, Bean sprout soup, Bulgogi
Sun: Korean Dessert (Rice cake, Bean paste flower, Traditional tea)
Samgyetang Class (Mon)
Samgyetang(Chicken and ginseng soup) is made with chicken, ginseng, garlic, glutinous rice, etc. Koreans eat Samgyetang especially during summer since Samgyetang is full of nutrients such as protein and minerals and considered as a healthy food, good for regaining energy. Also, it is very delicious for sure!
Home Cooking Class (Tue, Sat)
We make traditional Korean dishes, such as Bulgogi, Seafood Pajeon, Deonjang jjigae, etc. Korean’s homemade meal are surprisingly easy to make even for foreigners.
Street Food Class (Wed)
We can cook street food such as Tteokboki and Gimbap and will have lunch together. Also, you can listen the story about street food. Do not hesitate to cook healthy and easy street food!
Kimchi Class (Thu)
We have different kinds of kimchi classes using various ingredients such as radish, Korean cabbage and even tomato! Enjoy kimchi and steamed pork slice with special ingredients from Yangnyeong market.
Bibimbap Class (Fri)
Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste), soy sauce, or doenjang, a fermented soybean paste. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions.
Korean Dessert Class (Sun)
Let's make seasonal Korean dessert such as Gangjeong, songpyeon(Rice cake), citron compote for tea and so on. We also tell you many interesting historical stories related to each dessert.
