Booking Process

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher

Step 3 - Meet the paragliding staff and show your Email Voucher

✓ Paragliding is NOT recommended if you have any illness or unusual health conditions such as cardiovascular disease.
✓ If paragliding is canceled due to the day's weather condition, a full refund will be issued.
✓ Depending on weather conditions, waiting time may be extended.

Things to Note

✓ Please wear comfortable clothing, long pants, sneakers, and do NOT carry any valuable items.
✓ Follow the pilot's instructions at all times.
✓ Smoking is prohibited in the take-off area.
✓ During take-off: You must NOT stop running until complete take-off.
✓ During the flight: For your safety, please do not make any dangerous movements such as swinging or wobbling your hands and feet.
✓ During landing: To avoid any injury, please adhere to the pilot's instruction. Do not step on the paraglider.

[By Car] Arrive 10 minutes in advance

[By Subway] Free pickup from Asin Station:
✓ Arrive at Asin Station* (Gyeongui-Jungang Line) at least 30 minutes prior to your confirmed time slot
*Take the Gyeongui-Jungang Line subway bound for Jipyeong or Yongmun. Do NOT take the subway bound for Deokso.
✓ Upon arrival, call the Emergency Contact Number (written on Voucher) and tell the paragliding staff that you have arrived at Asin Station. If you don't have a phone, you may ask the subway station staff to help you with the call.
✓ The paragliding staff will pick you up in 5-10 minutes. Wait right outside the station (only one station exit).

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable until 3 business days (by 4pm KST) prior to use date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 business days prior to use date.

✓ Change requests accepted until 3 business days (by 4pm KST) prior to use date.

Late

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

Bad weather

✓ 100% refundable in case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions
