予約方法

Step 1 - Choose date, number of simcard and proceed to checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher.

Step 3 - Show the email and your passport to redeem your SIM CARD.

✓ You should pick up your SIM card yourself. No one else can pick up the SIM card reserved under your name.

注意事項

✓ Please ensure that your phone has been unlocked already especially if you are from United States/ Japan/Canada.

✓ Receiving calls & SMS are available within 15 days under no balance (₩0) or SIM expired. All services will be automatically terminated after 30 days of non-recharge.

✓ The SIM card will be automatically expired within 90 days if registered by passport. For those who will be staying in Korea more than 90 days, please refer to below process:

* Change from Passport to Alien Registration Card *
Fee: KRW 20,000 (including changing a new SIM card)
Venue: Myeongdong Office (Visit before expiry date)

※ The above process is not required if SIM card was registered with an Alien Registration Card
※ Your phone number will remain the same

✓ Please reconfirm the location of the Pick up Point again. KT Olleh Roaming Center on the 1/F Arrival Hall IS NOT the pick up location. Please read carefully about the details of the pick up location before departing for Korea.

✓ 100% refundable until 2 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 2 days prior to travel date.

You can change your SIM CARD if there is any mechanical error at the office near Hongik University Station
