Overview

Learn to actually ski by signing up for this premium private ski lessons at Phoenix Park Ski Resort! These super-helpful instructors will attend to you for full 2 hours or 4 hours to make sure you get the hang of it. Lesson quality is not comparable to other ski packages offering a quick 30 minute introductory lesson by tour guides. If your main purpose of skiing is to actually learn to ski, not take selfies pretending to ski, definitely take a private small group lesson!

**Ski School Policy - The ski school does not offer a deductables for bringing your own ski clothes, gear, and/or equipment. 
(Including Ski Lift Tickets). Please keep this in mind when booking this ski lesson.

* If you have 2 adults, 3 children, you can add 1 child onto the 4 person group by paying extra for ski gear, clothes, gloves and lift ticket. Please book a 4 person group and write in the ADDITIONAL NOTES that your group has 2 adults, 3 children. You can pay for the extra to the instructor. **5th person price : 80,000 won(for both 2 hours lesson and 4 hours lesson) - pay by cash to the instructor

* If you want to use the ski gear and clothes after your lessons are finished, please request to the instructor. Depending on availability, rental extension may be possible. 

* Free helmet rental for children under 10 years old. Helmets do not need to be reserved in advance. Please ask the ski instructor if your child needs a helmet.

Booking Process

1. Make online booking
Choose type, number of people in your group, preferred lesson time, date and proceed to checkout page to complete payment.

2. Check your email
Upon successful booking, you will receive a Voucher with confirmed information

3. Talk to instructor team 
Instructor Team will contact you one day before your lesson via messenger to confirm meeting point and time.

4. Meet the instructor
Meet the instructor and then proceed to get your gear, clothes, etc. and get ready to ski!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 3 business days in advance, except deposit portion. (by 4pm K.S.T.)
Refund is not possible if you contact us 1 day before the tour date.(by 4pm K.S.T.)

Late

Being late for your lesson is considered as cancellation and you can choose between the two options.
1) Reschedule : Please pay ₩ 40,000 extra in cash to the ski instructor.
2) Cancel : 100% NON-refundable

Bad weather

✓ Lesson will be conducted per normal in rain or snow. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
