Overall great customer service. Had to cancel ski related activities last minute (which under their policy, no refund would be made for such last minute cancellation). I didn’t want to waste the shuttle bus ticket so wanted to change my itinerary to strawberry picking instead. JSKI team was very kind and helpful - not only offered to substitute ski rental with strawberry picking free of charge but also offered snowyland to the package to make up for the price difference. Very satisfied with the services and will definitely come back again.
We had the pleasure to be trained by June and Edward. They were both amazing teachers and very professional. They were patient with us and gave us feedback about our performance all the time.
One of our best experiences that we will never forget . Definitely this lesson gave us the confidence and proper skills to ski in the future.
